Samuel Maina Njuguna
Mr. Maina Njuguna is the firms's managing partner.
As managing partner, Mr. Maina Njuguna has an executive responsibility for the leadership of the firm.
He established the law firm back in 2009 after a 7 year partnership in another law firm he co-founded. Mr. Njuguna's background is in Commercial Law, Insurance Law, Probate and Administration, Criminal Law and Litigation, Real Estate and Conveyancing, Corporate and Business Law, Arbitration and Dispute Resolutions, Trade Mark Registration, Mergers and Acquisitions, Constitutional Law and
Judicial Review, Tenancy Law and Civil Litigation.
For many years he has been recognised as a leading Advocate of the High Court of Kenya since 1996. Mr. Njuguna is currently a candidate of LLM at University of Salford (Robert Kennedy College) Switzerland majoring in Intellectual Property, International contracts, Corporate Law and Corporate Governance. He is an active member of Law Society of Kenya and a practicing Commissioner of Oaths, Notary Public and a registered Patent Agent.
Ms. Emmah is a practicing Advocate of the High Courts of Kenya and an Associate with experience in various fields of law ranging from commercial transactions, property, land and environmental law, criminal litigation to probate and administration.
Ms. Emmah joined the firm in 2016. She is an alumni of University of Nairobi, and Kenya School of Law. She has extensive experience advising on contractual and slae agreements, commercial real estate for developers, owners and investors. Our clients recognize her for her particular experience in legal court representation, pre-trial consultancy and out of court settlements.
